John and his wife Susan have lived in South Forsyth since 1994. They have two daughters, Bridget and Rachel, who graduated from South Forsyth High School.  Susan works for SAP in Alpharetta.  John is a graduate of Leadership Forsyth and is very active in the community having served on the Boards of Directors for; the Cumming-Forsyth Chamber of Commerce, The Place, Leadership Forsyth and the Lanier Forsyth Rotary Club.  John and Susan attend Cumming First United Methodist Church and enjoy golfing, movies, and reading.

Alan Russell—Land Specialist, Associate Broker & Co-Owner of RE/MAX 400 North

Alan and his wife Shannon have lived in Forsyth County since 1995.  They have four children ranging from 2-11 years old.  Alan and his family are members of the First Baptist Church in Cumming and also participate in many youth activities with the Forsyth County Parks and Recreation department including football, baseball, softball, soccer and basketball.  The family also enjoys taking vacations to Florida and skiing/snow boarding trips out west.  Alan is a Local Director for the 400 North Board of Realtors and is active in the Forsyth and Dawson County Chamber of Commerce and the Atlanta Home Builders Association.

John Sr. and his wife Linda have lived in Forsyth County since 1999 upon returning to Georgia after traveling around the country with John’s former career as an Information Technology executive in the Insurance Industry.  Linda is retired from a career in nursing and now enjoys spending time with friends and volunteering in the community.  John and Linda are members of Cumming First United Methodist Church and enjoy boating, traveling, reading and watching college basketball.

 

Deanna Morgan—Marketing Coordinator

Deanna is a native of Gainesville and has lived in Dawsonville since 2007.  She recently graduated from Georgia State University with a bachelor's degree in Studio Art.  Outside the office,  Deanna enjoys reading, painting and drawing, and Jazzercise. She has a passion for wine, and takes every opportunity to discover new wines and develop her palate.

Nelson Logan—Realtor®, Team Mentor

Nelson and his wife, Sherry, have lived in Forsyth County since 1997 and currently reside in Adair Park.  They have twin children, a daughter, Gracie, and a son, Will.  Nelson a graduate of Auburn University previously taught grades eight through twelve and took a turn in the corporate world before discovering his true passion as a Realtor.  He serves on the Local School Council for Central Forsyth High School.  Nelson  and Sherry are active members of Mountain Lake Church, where they volunteer in various things.  They enjoy traveling, cooking, sports and spending time with their children.

 

 Jenny Thomas—Realtor®

Jenny and her husband Steve have lived in South Forsyth since 1995. They have two children, Jordan and Jacob. Jordan is a cheerleader at South Forsyth Middle and will be attending Lambert next year. Jacob plays travel ice hockey as well as roller hockey and also is at SFMS. Steve is in sales for Ascent Aromatics and works from home. The family enjoys vacations to Florida, Charleston and New York City. The family also enjoy sporting events such as the NHL and college football.
