I wanted to write this letter about Susan Bohan our realtor we worked with during late July and August purchasing our new home located in Cumming, Georgia. Susan and I mostly communicated via email and I had sent her emails of all the homes I wanted my husband to look at during his trip to Georgia during the last week of July. Since we are located in South Florida my husband and mother-in-law left early morning on Friday, July 27th and met with Susan on the morning of July 28th and had shown them all 10 homes I had requested for them to see. Since we didn't live around the corner, it was very difficult for us to take care of things on our own and with the assistance that Susan provided me and my family, we could actually go to sleep at night knowing Susan would be there for us! She not only took care of the very important things like find the mortgage broker (Lou King) and got all the necessary paperwork to us in a timely manner, but she was always available for us no matter how big or small the question was. I even asked her if there was a chance we could get the floor plan and the inside paint colors of the home and wouldn't you know it, Susan pulled through again for us - SHE IS UNBELIEVABLE! My building lot had been listed with another agent but had not sold.  When the listing expired, I wanted to find an agent who I felt would be more aggressive and knew the area and market better than our previous one.  I met with Nelson Logan of John Heath and Your Results Team, he told it to me straight that we were in a down market, but that through his aggressive advertising campaign he would be able to get the property sold.

I just wanted to let you know what an outstanding realtor you have on your team.  Her name is Amanda Morrison.  We had our house on the market over a year ago.  It was listed with another agent who made all these promises that he definitely didn't keep.  After our contract was up with him, we decided to go with another realtor.  She didn't do anything she said she was going to do either.  This was so frustrating, after 3 months the contract was up and we decided not to resign.  We left our home off the market then for a few months and then decided we would do "For Sale By Owner".  I know as a realtor you aren't thrilled to hear that but we had enough of realtors at the time.
